The area is quiet with friendly neighbors. If you have to park outside the driveway please do not block the boat ramp in the vacant neighboring lot, it is used heavily by locals.
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire cottage and its grounds. This includes the 2-bedroom house, the full upper deck, the covered lower patio, the entire fenced yard, and the private dock with a boat slip.
