Modern clean tiny house located in the quaint Village of Au Sable Forks. Walking distance to town. 30 minutes to either Plattsburgh or Lake Placid. 20 minutes to Whiteface. Tiny House is 240 sq. ft. but holds a kitchenette, modern bathroom with tiled shower and futon for sleeping. There is also a screened sleeping porch for warmer weather.
