We are located in a beautiful, quiet, Eugene neighborhood 1.5 miles to downtown, Autzen Stadium/Hayward Field/University of Oregon, and less than 1 mile from hiking trails, shopping, restaurants, golf course, and public transportation. Off-street parking in our private driveway.
The space
Two queen-size pillow top beds with season-appropriate linens. Wet bar stocked with microwave, coffee pot, mini-fridge/freezer, glassware, plates, and silverware. Dining table for 4, a fullsize couch and 55-inch flat screen TV with Comcast X1 digital cable and Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Hulu streaming TV/movies. Towels, basic toiletries, coffee, and a few snacks are provided. You have access to washing machine and dryer if needed. The back yard, patio, firepit, and hot tub are shared spaces.
