✔We required ID verification at booking. We also require guests booking our home to sign a rental agreement before getting the access code for the door.

We have a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

✔ SHOES OFF PROPERTY
We like to keep our home fresh and clean. That is why we enforce the shoes-off rule. If you are not comfortable with shoes off, please do not book.

✔QUIET HOURS
The city has a strict noise ordinance so we kindly ask our guests to respect quiet hours. During 10 PM-10 AM period, no music should be played outside, no swimming, no pickleball, no basketball, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed.

Outside security cameras are also required by City of Henderson for security purposes of the neighborhood.
