Casa Piñon is a southwestern style home nestled in a peaceful pine forest less than 15 minutes from the historic downtown plaza. The five-acre property offers a private escape, and the huge back porch is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening cocktail while taking in New Mexico’s famous sunsets. Finally, enjoy a good soak in the hot tub after a long day of exploring our “City Different.”
The space:
LIVING AREA
Enjoy the open living and dining area with a wood-burning fireplace and views to the private land full of piñon pines.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped for a home cook, featuring stainless steel appliances, ample granite countertops, and a large island with a built-in breakfast bar. The dining area is just off of the kitchen. Six guests can sit at the table, and bar seating for three overlooks the kitchen. Two additional seats are available at the kitchen island.
BEDS AND BATHS
The primary bedroom has a queen bed and an adjacent bath that features double vanities and a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms have king beds. One of these king beds can be split into two single beds upon request. The fourth bedroom/office has a convertible futon couch bed that is comfortable for one person to sleep on. The second bathroom features a shower/tub combo.
WORK SPACES
A desk with monitor & keyboard is tucked into a niche in the living area for those that want to keep up with work while still being in the midst of the activity. An additional, private office space with monitor and printer is in the 4th bedroom/flex room.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Casa Piñon has a huge porch that is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine or cocktail while taking in New Mexico’s natural beauty. A hot tub is located just off the deck, and is perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Santa Fe. There is also an enclosed fenced area with gate just off the back deck.
Out front, you'll find outdoor games and a fire pit (for use only when allowed by local fire prevention restrictions) for your enjoyment.
Guest access:
The entire house set amidst 5 acres of land are available for your use. Only the garage and storage closets are unavailable for guest use.

PETS
Up to two pets are allowed with a $150 prepaid pet fee for the total stay. The number of pets MUST be mentioned at the time of booking and indicated on the reservation. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and should never be left unattended in the home. Any pet hair found on the furniture may result in additional cleaning fees.
