Nestled in the Red Pine area of Park City and just half a mile from the base of the Canyons Ski Resort lies Red Pine Lodge. This ski-in, ski-out chalet home sits on a wooded lot designed to remind you that you are definitely in the mountains. The five-bedroom home is located on a quiet street and is centrally located to all that the Park City area has to offer. A few minutes’ drive in either direction can place you either at The Kimball Junction for easy access to an array of restaurants, shops, and movie theaters or head the other direction to Main Street, Park City. Main Street is known for its shopping and fine dining restaurants, shopping, and Olympic History. You never know who you may meet strolling by, especially during The Sundance Film Festival.
This subdivision of Park City is the only one in the area that offers spacious homes that are ski in ski out while still being close to the base so one does not have to drive through rough mountain conditions to get to the house. The base at The Canyon Village only offers apartments and condos- these homes are the ONLY spacious lux homes that are ski in ski out in the area.
This winter haven sleeps up to 13 guests and is designed in the style of a mountain lodge with log features and hardwood floors and beams, with double-height ceilings and stone accents. The design makes it ideal for families or large groups. In the winter walking out the back door puts you into the ski run to catch your first tracks. The open floor layout creates an atmosphere for family and friends to gather while enjoying the views of the evergreens outside of the floor-to-ceiling windows. Whether it’s gathering in the kitchen for a meal, hanging out on the full-length sofa while playing games, watching TV, or just wrapped up in front of the wood-burning fireplace this is the perfect spot.
