About this space
Sparkling home with artistic flair and disco ball! 6 beds in 3 private spaces. Close to PDX airport (10 min. Uber) & downtown by car/uber/public bus. Within a mile is coffee, pubs, shops, Vietnamese, Thai, Burritos, Vegan deli, Pizza, theatre, Safeway, Liquor store & Cannabis shop. Two bedrooms & bathroom on main floor. Open room upstairs with tons of windows, king bed & tip-top view of Mt. St. Helens. Open kitchen & nice big table. Morning snacks, coffee & tea. Fireplace with candles.
The space
Home in a walkable neighborhood with lots of active people. The house is quiet and doors can be closed between the kitchen and bedrooms to give more quiet to the bedrooms. From the upstairs attic bedroom you can see the tip top of Mt. St. Helens from the North facing windows... it has to be a nice clear day though so not exactly a room with a view!
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire main floor, front room, kitchen, two main floor bedrooms, main floor bathroom, upstairs finished attic bedroom with attached office space. Can hang out in backyard if you want. Backyard deck is nice in the summer...
Other things to note
There are two Razor scooters in the entryway closet you're free to use if you'd like to scoot around the neighborhood.
The grass in front will be tall at times in the spring/summer while I'm growing it for my goats to eat when they come to the city for grazing... my version of mowing the lawn.
Two window air conditioners go in during the summer when the temps go up, so I won't have that feature in the fall/winter/spring when they aren't needed.
