Private dedicated parking available behind garage off of the alley, or in front of house.
Large back yard for barbecue and lounging. Bikes available - 2 Las Vegas cruisers on property. Inflatable paddleboard available upon request of owner and available for rent at Surf Ballard at Secret Beach, a quick walk to the end of 57th Street, the next street.
