This is a lovely Spanish inspired two story home at the top of a hill in South Pasadena! The entrance is surrounded by an small lavender garden and 2 patio areas. The front door leads into the top floor which has the kitchen, dining room, living room, three bedrooms and 2 baths.
Please note that when booking this property you are renting out the entire top floor. The lower floor below is restricted and not part of the rented portion.
The space
The top floor is spacious and has enough room to host a decent sized dinner party. The upper deck is accessible through the living room. It leads to a generous outside seating area that is perfect for summer get-togethers. It has a view of the city lights and you can even enjoy a glass of wine with the sunset.
The interior of the house has vibrant colors and cobblestone like floors. The living room is modern and has a fireplace. You will find paintings and works by local artists and close friends of the owner.
There are total of three bedrooms. The master rooms has a private bathroom attached. In the other 2 guest rooms, the share full bathroom is located right next to it.
