Located next to interstate 440, you are 2minutes from the soccer stadium, 5 minutes from Broadway, 7 minutes to wonderful Green Hills Shopping, and 15 minutes from Cool Springs shopping as well. This house was renovated in 2020 and has 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. The back deck is perfect for an afternoon or night glass of wine with an awesome canopy of string lights. I provide cable and WiFi as well as two TVs. You'll love this house just as much as I do!
